About us

We’re a group of poets who met on the MA Poetry course at the University of East Anglia. We have worked together to support each other through workshopping and sharing publishing opportunities.

We wanted a place to showcase our work, so the aim of Grasshopper Poetry is to give new, lost and ambitious voices a place to be. With this website, and your submissions, we hope to help you accomplish what you want with your poetry. Whether you want to just try it out, to have the satisfaction of being published somewhere, or to have your name online in a place that can vouch for your work, we want to help you.
